BUYING THE HOUSE
5 STAGES
1. Initial Consultation: Direct clarification of any questions; site visit; development of site implementation plans; selection of finishes and equipment; and visualization of the house on-site using Augmented Reality.
2. Licensing: Delivery of all architectural drawings and technical documents to the City Hall for legal approval.
3. Production: Off-site factory production and assembly of components. Simultaneously, site preparation, foundations, and infrastructure are completed.
4. Delivery & On-site Construction: The house is delivered and assembled on-site (at least 6-9 months after Stage 4 adjudication). Finishing works and final tasks are completed in situ.
5. Quality Control: Final inspection and quality assessment. The house is completed and ready for handover.

DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
PROTECTION
All components of your new home are delivered securely wrapped in specialized protective materials.
TRANSPORTATION
Handled by highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in transporting modular and prefabricated structures.
SITE PREPARATION
A minimum of one site visit is conducted to analyze the soil type for the foundations. We can manage the site preparation or, if you prefer, you may hire a third-party contractor to prepare the terrain for the installation of your new home.
ASSEMBLY
The assembly is carried out by experts in CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) construction, supervised by specialized technicians from each construction discipline. A crane will be on-site to place the structure onto the foundations and to facilitate infrastructural connections (water, electricity, etc.).
WARRANTIES
The house comes with a 10-year general warranty. For additional warranties (windows, equipment, roofing, etc.), please contact our team.
COSTS
For deliveries within mainland Portugal, transportation and assembly costs are included in the final price. Other locations require a prior technical assessment.
